IC-type Deg C temperature
sensors 0-150 deg C
(Item No. #K01)
|
The sensor is a three terminal
device and has a sensitivity of +10mV increment for every degree C. At 0 deg C, the output

The sensor is not calibrated which gives a systematic error of +/- 2 deg C. After
the sensor is calibrated again a standard temperature sensor, the overall error can be
within 0.5 deg C.
Three terminal device: Grond

- Accuracy: ± 0.7 ° C (at 25° C)
- Resistor in series with the thermistor: 49.9KW
(± 0.1%) |
Temperature voltage
output,V temp is calculated using the following equation:
V temp [Volt] =
5 * 49.9 ¸ (49.9 + RNTC)
In which RNTC is in KW .
If V temp
is known, RNTC can be calculated.
The relationship between RNTC and temperature of the NTC
thermistor is calculated using the following equation:
RNTC,T
[KW ] = 50 e -3970 ( 1 / T - 1 / 298.2 )
(T is in Kelvin) |
